Staying at Comfort Inn was a positive experience. The room was clean and well-appointed. Breakfast options included real scrambled eggs, bacon, and a variety of pastries. The quick and efficient check-in process was commendable, and the staff was accommodating throughout my visit.
Limited amenities as there was no on-site restaurant.

The hotel is an excellent place for a christmas in Burlington. The room is newly renovated and reasonably large and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. The rate is US$ 97, satisfied. Its location is particularly good, right at Lil' Monkeys Indoor Playground. The area is nice so close to great restaurants and downtown Burlington.

Planned to see Burlington major attractions and it was good home base for visiting all of them. The location was great, short walk to centre of Burlington and local restaurants and easily accessible. Also, Ireland House Museum was 4 km away.

Good price. Clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly.
Very slow check in. A large group arrived and only one staff member was on reception. Night time noise was a problem. Available breakfast was mostly high carb items. More selection is definitley needed.

Our stay was brief but it was very comfortable and the continental breakfast was great. The location allowed easy access to restaurants and tourist sites.

The hotel was fine for the price. The front desk was very helpful especially when i learned that the confirmed reservation i made through Booked.net did not show up on their system. Lesson learned, always call ahead to confirm with the actual hotel.

Oh, what a good stay, let me tell you. The room was absoultely filthy, with hair in the tub and barely cleaned towels. To top it off, I was offered a 'room upgrade' to a first floor room without a warning-how generous. Almost left a good review, but just couldn't with such service!

Great stay! Staff were excellent! well done! Got to relax and very quiet considering it was next to the 403.The courtyard was great! The hotel itself needs an update though to keep in pace with other hotels in the area, very dated. Great price.
The hallways need more light, it gives the already older appearance look older, the hallways were dark. Data valet (hotel internet) service needs to boost up their signal or perhaps increase the signal strength on the wireless router, I kept losing my wireless signal and I was close to the front desk area!

Both the evening clerk and the night auditor - who we both met went above and beyond to be helpful, courteous and kind. very very pleased! The evening check - in clerk saw that we had a very short stay and kept us as far away as she could from the hockey team - we didn't have any serious noise issues. The night auditor got breakfast out earlier than scheduled out of kindness - she observed a great number of early wakeup calls scheduled so she went out of her way and got things ready for people who were up before the scheduled breakfast time. The room was immaculate and tidy and fresh. Thanks so much to everyone on the Burlington Comfort Inn Staff.

Comfortable rooms suited for a restful night, with effective soundproofing from the nearby highway.
Expectations were not met with signs of wear in the room, like a chipped bathtub and not-so-thorough cleaning-dust and crumbs lingered in corners. Ants in the bathroom weren't the most cute detail, either.

The carpeting was disgusting espically in the halls! Needs to be replaced. Also the gentleman who was at the desk was extremely nice & friendly but had very offensive body odor. Perhaps he was unaware but needs to know. We liked the location and attention. Thanks
